- Minimum Banya session charge is a party of 5 people for 3 hour - £225 charge.
- Minimum Spa Pamper charge is a party of 4 people for 4 hours - £500 charge.
For Banya Sessions only:-
Additional time or people will be charged at £15 per person per hour. Authorisation for an additional £200 deposit at the beginning of your session will be required to cover any extra costs, extensions, or breakage.
Rules of Use For Use of Spa Facilities and consent to Covid19 track and trace information retention .
- Please arrive promptly– checking in will be available starting 15 minutes before your start time to 15 min after your session starts. late arrivals may be refused entry .
- All vehicles and possessions are left at the owner’s risk.
- Temperature Check: As one of our safety measures we will be taken temperature readings from every guest upon arrival.
- Please can ALL guests wear masks during the check-in. You will not be permitted into the building without.
- The named client is responsible for all members in his / her party.
- The named client will ensure that all members of his / her party have read and agree to the health and safety rules of the:
- A- Pool, B -Sauna, C - Steam room.
The named client will ensure that all members of his / her party are aware of the pool depths. Shallow End = 1.3m Deep End = 2.0m Temperature range = 23◦C - 27◦C.
The members of the party are responsible for their own safety in and around the pool area.
9. The members of the party agree to use Sauna and Steam room individually or only with their quarantine bubble group.
- The named client will ensure the safety of non-swimmers within his/her party.
- Bathers must shower before every use of the pool.

Leaves from massage bunch “venik” must not be washed off in the pool.
£50 clear up charge will be levied for non compliance with this rule.

Clear up Charge of £20 will be applied for use of veniks regardless of the fact were they were purchased or if efforts to clear up were made by the clients.
- No glass to be used in or around the pool area.
- Any damages, Additional chargeable items must be reported and paid for.

Members of the party agree to clear the kitchen area, leaving it as they found it before departing. £30 clear up charge will be levied for non-compliance with this rule.
- Use of barbeque is charged at £10 per session
- Private areas and possessions must not be used.
- Clients must leave the premises and car park promptly within 15 minutes of the expiration of their hire slot. The hourly charge will be applied for the delays.
- Consumption of alcohol is forbidden on the premises. No liability will be accepted in any circumstances for non compliance with this rule.
- CCTV operates on the premises. Under no circumstances cameras should be obstructed or tampered with.
In case of non compliance with any of the rules above, the Proprietors reserve the right to terminate the session with No refund on any monies paid. Clients jointly agree to adhere to health and safety rules and wave their right to pursue for compensation should any injury occur. All participants must provide their contact details for COVID19 Track and Trace service .
